Studying NEPA’s Impact on Projects Act (H.R. 573)

The Studying NEPA’s Impact on Projects Act would provide policymakers with the information they need to better understand the sources and causes of permitting delays through increased reporting requirements. This bipartisan proposal would provide much needed annual, quantifiable data on the length, time, cost and legal durability of federal permits.

The Biochar Research Network Act (S.2450/ H.R.4764)

The Financing Our Energy Future Act (FOEFA) of 2025 expands Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs) to include renewable energy, advanced nuclear, energy storage, carbon capture, hydrogen production, and transportation fuels. Previously limited to fossil fuels, MLPs would offer clean energy developers the tax benefits of partnerships while enabling corporate-like capital fundraising.

Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development (SPEED) Act (H.R. 4776)

The SPEED Act contains meaningful reforms that will modernize the investment-chilling status quo, enable new projects to break ground, and unleash American energy.

ePermit Act (H.R. 4503)

This bipartisan bill will ensure federal agencies leverage technology to speed up environmental reviews. It is a critical piece of the broader permitting reform necessary to let America build and unleash American energy dominance.

Agricultural Biorefinery Innovation and Opportunity Act (H.R. 3253)

The bipartisan Agricultural Biorefinery Innovation and Opportunity (Ag BIO) Act of 2025 strengthens the USDA Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance Program (Section 9003 of the Farm Bill).
