Next Generation Pipelines Research and Development (H.R. 2613)

The Next Generation Pipelines Research and Development Act, will shore up U.S. energy security by expanding cross-agency research, development, and demonstration (RD&D) activities to develop innovative technologies that advance the next generation of pipeline infrastructure.

The Geothermal Energy Opportunity Act (H.R. 301)

The Geothermal Energy Opportunity Act (GEO Act), aims to expedite the federal permitting process for geothermal energy projects by requiring agencies to approve or deny applications within 60 days after completing all necessary legal and regulatory reviews.

International Nuclear Energy Financing Act of 2025 (H.R. 1474 & S. 1739)

The International Nuclear Energy Financing Act of 2025 aims to bolster global nuclear energy development by directing the U.S. Treasury Secretary to advocate for the removal of restrictions that prohibit international financial institutions, including, but not limited to, the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from providing support for nuclear energy technologies.

Unearth Innovation Act (S. 598)

The Unearth Innovation Act of 2025 would establish a Mining and Mineral Innovation Program within the Department of Energy (DOE) to advance the research, development, and commercialization of innovative technologies related to mining, recycling, and processing.

The Innovative Mitigation Partnerships for Asphalt and Concrete Technologies Act (IMPACT) strengthens the competitiveness of American manufacturing by starting a dedicated Department of Energy program to drive RD&D for cement, concrete and asphalt emissions reductions.
